A minimum of 30 minutes is required to schedule a coaching session. There is no maximum length limit. If you are unsure how long you will need simply email the sides to coachlilach@gmail.com and ask for an estimate.

Payment Policy
- We accept Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle.
- Credit card payment via Stripe is available on the Work With Lilach page. Please note this option has a processing fee.
- We do NOT accept checks.
- Payment is due at the time of scheduling*.
- *If booking far in advance, full payment must be received 24 hours before the session.
General Policies
- Once your session is confirmed send sides and breakdowns to the email provided as soon as possible.
- Requests to extend the session are up to the coach’s schedule and discretion.

- Extensions can be purchased in 15min blocks (15 min, 30 min, 45 min, etc.) at the regular rate.

Late Policy
- Please notify Lilach if you are running late before your session’s start time.
- Lack of notification will result in the clock starting when the appointment was scheduled to start, not when you get there.
Rescheduling
We understand things can change quickly when it comes to auditions. So as long as you reschedule at least 2 hours before your session starts it is FREE of charge.
- Less than 2 hours in advance:
- later the same day – $5 fee
- Different day $10 fee
Cancellation
- Cancellations at least 4 hours in advance = full refund.
- Less than 4 hours in advance = %75 refund.
- 1 hour or less = %50 refund.
- No show = forfeit entire sum.
